My first experience face a lemon

The lemon has a lot of citric acid, which upon contact with these foods palate begins to salivate as a defense mechanism.

The facial expressions are due to muscle contractions that accelerate the saliva in the mouth, because the lemon PH is very low and the body tends to react in a violent way.

Babies are not able to fully control their movements so they tend to be more vocal against these reactions, and very curious, to make us laugh, to see them in their first experiences with a citrus.
