Baked mushrooms with lemon and thyme

One of the coolest ways to cook the mushrooms and retain their flavor is lemon and thyme.

It is ideal to serve as a starter or as an accompaniment to any meat or fish.


  • 1/2 kg. mushroom
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 50 gr. grated Parmesan cheese
  • Sal
  • Pepper


The first thing to do is preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

In a bowl mix the lemon zest and thyme oil and reserve.

Will wash mushrooms and start to sheets, arranging them on a cookie sheet. Above them pour half our blend of lemon, thyme and olive oil, add salt and pepper before putting the tray in the oven 10 minutes.

After those 10 minutes sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and will cook the mushrooms in the oven for another 5 minutes.

Over the five minutes add the other half of the mixture of lemon, thyme and olive oil before serving.
